One-Day Handyman/Painters Service ($499)

Allow one of our handymen to finish your to-do list and get your home/office ready for the Christmas festivities. With our one-day painter services, the experienced painter will paint the trim, touch-up the walls and fix the stains on the painting surface. Get in touch with us to enjoy the painting service for $799 $499. With our limited-time offer of $499, you will get 2 gallons of Dulux Expert Paint.

*Terms and Conditions:

• Painter for a Day service and One-Day Handyman service must be purchased before January 15^th 2019 and it must be redeemed before March 31^st
• 7.5 hours for a full day package, must be completed the same day. Anything above 7.5 hours will be prorated at an hourly rate of $66.53 per hour (All staff have WSIB and Liability Insurance).
• Painting includes: walls, trim, baseboards, ceiling and crown molding (Note: standard ceiling height of 9 ft. applies, if 16 ft. or higher it will require a second painter on site, additional charges will apply)
• Painter for a Day Service – If the work exceeds for more than one day, you will still get to enjoy the reduced price of $499 (for the next day) but with no additional gallons of paint.
• No extra charge for travel time. Clock starts when we arrive!
• We provide our handyman/painter with all basic tools at your service.
• You’re the boss for the day so get your list ready! (Please note that all honey to-do list items must be disclosed prior to the start date for approval).
• Specialty equipment such as power sprayers, ladders over 16 ft. hoists and other specialty equipment will be charged as per site requirements.
• We will gladly pick up your materials during the 7.5 hours (materials are not included and extra charges will apply).
• Sample work includes drywall repairs, painting, installing shelves, trim, doors and repairs.
• Wallpaper installation and removal is $699 per day (Please call office for more details).
• Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC are charged at an additional rate of $99 for a minimum of 3 hours.
• No paint or materials included.
• No substitutions.
• Contract must be signed and deposit made to qualify.
• New orders only.
