2. Stamp
Architects and engineers plan and specify all requirements and produce mechanical drawings that are stamped by a licensed engineer.
3. Permit
We take your stamped drawings to the City for approval, liaising with the necessary people on your behalf.
4. Build
The work begins and we take everything into account, with a particular focus on quality, and health and safety.
5. Complete
Your home addition in Toronto and the GTA is completed and warrantied, and now you’re free to start enjoying your new space!
